- Copper Bridge has partnered with Iron Mountain Digital. In our opinion, they are the preeminent online backup service. We've tried competitors and looked at a bunch of different online backup providers out there and Iron Mountain LiveVault Service is different! It actually works the way you think online backup should work.
- There aren't any unexpected charges. Other service tout a low rate per GB but then you find out that they charge you for the space that each version of a file that is backed up.
- There are NO additional charges for backing up Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft SQL Server. Other services charge in excess of $700 per server for this functionality. With Iron Mountain Digital, it is built right into the service.
- It uses a web interface to manage the backup settings. Other services have you install another application to do it. If you don't have the application installed on that computer, you can't manage the service.
